Luis qualified as a podiatrist in 2004 from the University of Brighton. He has over twelve years NHS experience and over eight in the private sector. After a four year career break moving from Sussex to Lancashire, he returned to practice in late 2024 and now works mainly in Accrington, but travels south for a few days each month to work in Lewes.
